Comments: I spent days trying to get a roof on my mothers condo I Would only get to leave messages with other companies. When I first made contact with Surcut They responded that same day , went to the condo gave me an estimate and a start date. I was in total shock. Needless to say that we were extremely happy with the entire experience from the start to the finish would be an understatement. I own a business that is family owned for 38 years and give the prompt service that Surcut gave us . Way to go . Comments: I had never used Home Advisor before, but I decided to give them a try. Surcut, LLC was a 5 star rated company which came up at the top of the list for skylight repair/replacement. We are only 3 days away from Hurricane Irma here in Naples, FL but Tim McCullers called me within a few minutes of contacting him through HomeAdvisor. He had to order all 3 skylights because of high demand from the flooding in Texas. The last skylight came in late yesterday. Tim arrived about 7:30 this morning and was done and gone before 10 AM Tim was the consummate professional, kept in constant contact and was a pleasure to talk with and work with. I have had many contractors work for me over many years, but this has to be the best experience I have ever had with any tradesman. I give him my highest recommendation. Ed Follmer, Naples, FL

Comments: Tim from Surcut is an amazing business man. He went out to my client's house to look at a problem that was detected during a home inspection. Tim not only put the buyer at ease with his findings but did not charge my client anything for his service!! His words were something like " There is nothing to repair and I will not charge a fee for a non-issue". Most other contractors would have "found or created" something to repair in order to get work, Not Surcut, They are the BEST! Thanks Tim and paul for your honesty and integrity in the roofing business! You are now my "go to guy's" with respect to my Real Estate Client's and roof issues!
